Frequently asked questions

A kitchen renovation runs 4–6 weeks and a bathroom 3–4 weeks, depending on the scope. Home extensions take 8–14 weeks and new builds 6–12 months. We'll give you a detailed timeline with your quote and keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes. We manage all council approvals, DA submissions, and certifications through our project management service. Jake is a licensed builder and we work with trusted local certifiers, so you don't have to deal with the paperwork yourself.

For kitchen and bathroom renovations, we can usually stage the works so you can stay in the house. We'll set up a temporary kitchen or arrange access to another bathroom where possible. For whole-home renovations and extensions, we'll discuss whether staying is practical during the quoting stage.

Our quotes are fully itemised — materials, labour, trades, council fees, and a contingency allowance. No hidden costs. If something changes during the build, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding and provide a written variation. You'll always know where you stand.
