Coastal Build Co. started in 2014 with one bloke, a ute, and a simple idea: build things properly and treat people fairly. Ten years on we’ve grown to a team of eight — but the approach hasn’t changed.
We take on a limited number of renovations, new builds, and outdoor projects each year so every job gets the attention it deserves. No project managers who’ve never swung a hammer, no subcontractors we haven’t worked with for years.

Site visit & listen
We come to your property, hear what you want to achieve, and talk through what's possible. No obligation, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about your project.
Fixed-price quote
You get a detailed, itemised quote — materials, labour, trades, council fees, and a contingency. Everything in writing. If something doesn't make sense, we walk you through it line by line.
Build
Jake and the team get to work. You get a week-by-week schedule, regular progress updates, and one point of contact throughout. We keep the site clean and respect your home and neighbours.
Handover
We walk through the finished work together, snag list in hand. Anything that needs adjusting gets sorted before you pay the final invoice. Then we hand over the keys — and a 12-month maintenance warranty.
We take on a limited number of projects each year so every job gets the attention it deserves. Currently booking 3–4 months out for renovations, 6+ months for new builds.
